Mike's Fieldhouse's employees are highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to the success of our programs. Each person has something unique they bring to the table and we can't wait to get to know you!

Robert Mulcare, Executive Director

Robert has been with Mike's Fieldhouse and Basin United Soccer Club since September of 2013. Robert was orginally brought on staff to assist with game day operations and sell concessions; however, it didn't take long for Robert to begin taking on other duties.


In January of 2014, Robert was promoted to Director of Recreation Soccer, where he was responsible for the Youth Recreational Soccer Program, as well as the indoor programs at Mike's Fieldhouse. In January of 2015, Robert was promoted again to the position of Director of Operations. Robert grew in this position until the Board appointed Robert the Executive Director of Mike's Fieldhouse and Basin United Soccer Club in December of 2016.


During Robert's tenure, Mike's Fieldhouse expanded operations to include a Summer Adult Softball League, Adult Kickball, Youth Arena Flag Football, and several new drop-in program opportunities. Basin United Soccer Club also experienced growth. Each season numbers were increasing. Robert's first Recreation Spring season had approximately 700 players. Now the Club has over 1,000 particpants on over 90 teams.


Robert has been an invaluable asset to the organization and was one of the major players during our organization's growth. Anyone who has met Robert knows he is dedicated to his community and spends his free time serving his community in several different capacities and works with numerous community organizations. He is always being pulled in several directions at once, but at the end of the day his only desire is to improve our community.


Robert says, "I feel very lucky to be in this position and have the opportunity to make a real impact in the community. Recreational Programs are the cornerstone of any community and I want to help make the programs offered by Mike's Fieldhouse and Basin United Soccer Club something the community and our members can be proud of. I have loved working with this community over the years and look forward to continuing my service to the community."

Brielle George, Operations Manager

Competitive sports played a significant role in Brielle’s upbringing, from an early age she developed a passion for swimming which shaped her childhood. Brielle’s competitive swimming experience was so influential that it led her to a career in Recreation, where she hoped to provide the same positive experience to others.


Brielle attended college at Elon University in North Carolina, and received a Bachelor of Science in Leisure and Sport Management & Business Administration. The majority of Brielle’s career has been spent working at the Morris County Park Commission in New Jersey. At the Park Commission, Brielle specialized in program & event management, digital marketing & communications, and public relations.


Brielle is new to Oregon and excited to be a Klamath Falls resident. She looks forward to making a difference at Basin United Soccer Club and Mike’s Fieldhouse.

Logan Hurst, Program Supervisor

Logan has been on staff with the organization since Fall of 2015; however, he has been a youth referee with Basin United since he was 14 years old. Logan was brought on as Front Desk Staff and helped during game days nad staffed the counter during office hours. Logan has been a soccer player his whole life and still loves to get out and kick the ball around.


Logan is a Henley High School graduate and is currently registered at KCC to complete some of his general education course before he leaves on his Mission for the Church.
